Faction | The Mage College

The Mage's Association is an international, self-preservative and self-defense organization formed by practitioners of magecraft for the purpose of controlling, concealing, and developing Magecraft. For many years, this group was a secret to avoid being hunted down by the templars and the evangelical Christians, but finally they have stepped out into the light of day and shown their faces. 

Located in London, Britain, the main base of the Mage Association can be found in the "watchtower" underneath the British Museum. Though there are many purposes for the building, one of the most infamous is that of a magical university. Many of these mages have been attending since they were young, but a majority of them only come in at university level, having studied their own clan's magic at home and thus suffering from rather huge biases.

To drill their lessons into the heads of the students, lessons are taught both physically and verbally, giving personal demonstrations whilst still carrying the usual university load of coursework, homework, essays and teh general palaver that one can expect from studying inside such a prestigious institution. However, it is the graduates of the academy who are the most worrying part of this entire group. 

Graduate mages of this academy are generally the lords and ladies of the Mage community, and are the association's deadliest weapon. With years of magical training under their belt, not to mention physical and mental development to the point of being on par with the Church's templars, these are the ones that are sent to make sure that the holy grail is repaired, fighting alongside the people that would once persecute and murder them to nigh-extinction. 

Led by Lord Elbirnus III at home, with supervising mage Lady Fimus, the Mage Association is here to remind its prodigal sons and daughters that make up the Clerambault truce exactly why you don't turn your back on your kin.
