Faction | The Tenth Crusade

Throughout history, there has been many strange unions between seemingly opposite groups. None, perhaps, as strange as the one between the mage association and the Vatican - Despite the fact that it was this very organization that drove the thaumaturgists underground, the two factions have formed an uneasy union in an attempt to look after the world as a whole. 

With the destruction of Fuyuki, and the swathe of destruction that this has left behind, the two groups have united with a single goal in mind - Get the grail back together before a proper war can break out. Even if the average man on the street simply believes Fuyuki was a terrorist attack, there are enough people in this world that know about the existence of magic that there is a serious risk of the moniker "World War Three" becoming a whole lot more accurate than anyone would truly like. As such, these two disparate groups have united to form a single, organized task-force, known colloquially as the tenth crusade. 

Despite the factions being held by two different people at their bases (Cardinal Armand Richelieu and Lord Elbirnus), the task-force is led by two united warriors - Lady Fimus and Grand Master Santiago Valentino, both walking tanks on their own right. However, it is the squads underneath them that are to be feared the most, as these two tend not to leave their base of operations in France, neutral territory for both groups. 

With Dozens of mages and templars under their combined leadership, the crusade is led by packs of a mage and a templar, more often than not wielding two servants to help add extra threat to their troop movement. Given free reign within the borders of Europe and an order to exterminate any feral servant who refuses to align with the crusade, the very earth shakes when these squads roam across the land. 

Strike quickly, strike hard, end the war before it can even begin.

The piece of the grail these factions wield is the grip itself - which is currently, according to rumors, held in the command tent of the Crusade's main tent in Bolougne, France. With the amount of spirits and magical firepower that the camp is packing, it would be a suicide attempt to even think of stealing it. To win this grail piece, you would need to bring the place down in fire, earning the retribution of every European nation with it.
